This role will be responsible for maintaining and improving the cash flow forecast, collaborating with regional finance teams for analysis and reporting, and ensuring effective cash and liquidity management across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Global Treasury, this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the company&rsquo;s treasury function, optimizing working capital and supporting financial decision-making.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Cash Flow Forecasting &amp; Analysis:</strong><ul type=\"circle\" style=\"font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maintain and improve the global cash flow forecasting process.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Work closely with regional finance teams to ensure accurate cash projections.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Identify trends, variances, and cash flow risks, providing recommendations for optimization.</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Liquidity &amp; Cash Management:</strong><ul type=\"circle\" style=\"font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity across all regions.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Support the implementation of cash pooling, intercompany funding, and treasury centralization strategies.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Assist in optimizing working capital by managing cash balances efficiently.</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Treasury Reporting &amp; Compliance:</strong><ul type=\"circle\" style=\"font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Prepare and analyze treasury reports for senior management.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies and external banking regulations.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Support audits and internal controls related to cash management.</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Banking &amp;
