          "text": "<p>We are seeking dynamic and results driven Production Operators to join our Building and Finishing Haines City team.</p><p>**Forklift Material Handler - Responsibilities**</p><ul><li>Operate forklift to load, unload trucks, and transport materials between departments and buildings</li><li>Verify inbound and outbound materials (raw materials, finished products, supplies) against bills of lading and shipping documents; report discrepancies to supervisor</li><li>Pull finished products from inventory, assemble orders, and prepare for shipment in accordance with company policy and customer requests</li><li>Select, pack, and wrap products for shipment as needed</li><li>Conduct cycle counts and inventory verifications; maintain accurate records of shortages, damages, and exceptions</li><li>Perform day-to-day shipping and receiving activities to achieve On-Time-Shipping goals</li><li>Maintain work location in excellent condition to comply with company safety and housekeeping policies</li><li>Participate in Sika Safe program and comply with all safety standards outlined by company policy</li><li>Assist Warehouse Supervisor and shipping team with warehouse management, scanning, and inventory control</li><li>Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor and team lead</li></ul>",
