    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Colorado River is hiring for a part-time Facilities Maintenance person to assist with general cleaning and upkeep of our facilities. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Job duties may include but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Dusts and mops floors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assists in maintenance of grounds and exterior of the building. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Cleans lint, dust and dirt from lockers, table tops and other furniture.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Cleans and washes whiteboards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Vacuum carpets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Clean restrooms and restock paper and soap supplies.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Perform routine maintenance to custodial equipment and supplies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Empty trash receptacles and dispose of miscellaneous other items.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">May change light bulbs, ceiling tiles, etc. as directed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Locks doors after cleaning areas.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assists in loading and unloading of supplies as needed. Arranges boxes, materials, and other supplies in a neat and orderly manner.  Sets up tables and chairs for various functions and events as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(26, 26, 26); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Required Skills/Experience:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Qualified Candidates must have a positive attitude with understanding of the Boys and Girls Club mission including being a 24 hour role model. The right person will have a willingness and ability to work in warehouse-like conditions including heat, cold, and dust. Candidates must have prior janitorial and maintenance experience with a keen eye for identifying areas needing cleaning or repair. Candidates must be available and willing to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends, evenings or holidays. Candidates will work at multiple locations in Fort Mojave and Bullhead City. Physical requirements include regular periods of standing or walking, bending or kneeling, regular movements required using the wrists, hands, or fingers, and ability to lift 50lbs.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Other Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">High school diploma or equivalent,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">1 year experience in facilities maintenance or janitorial/ hospitality field, or a combination of experience and education/training in at least some of these areas is required,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.</span></li>\n</ul>",
