    "requisitionDescription": "<div>\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.17.25/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.17.25/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div>Nurse Practitioner - APRN</div><p id=\"isPasted\"><u>JOB SUMMARY</u></p><p>The duties of a Nurse Practitioner &nbsp;- APRN mid-level provider include, but are not limited to, providing accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, consultation, education and follow-up care to patients ranging in age from 18 years old to geriatric; proper maintenance of records, under the direction of the Supervisory Physician and any other reasonable and proper duties assigned.</p><p><u>PRIMARY FUNCTIONS</u></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Examine patients and record history</li><li>Adhere to proper charting protocols</li><li>Discuss with Physician and other health care professionals to prepare comprehensive plan</li><li>Order or execute tests or images as needed</li><li>Submit health care plan and goals of individual patients for periodic review by Physician</li><li>Analyze results of tests, diagnose and report to patient</li><li>Administer or prescribe treatment and medications</li><li>Promote health by advising patient on diet, hygiene and prevention of disease</li><li>Inoculate and vaccinate as required</li><li>Refer to specialist as required for patient&#39;s well-being</li><li>Perform minor surgery</li><li>Report deaths and contagious diseases to governmental authorities</li><li>Other responsibilities as assigned</li></ol><p><u>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</u></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Must have and maintain current State of Florida license in good standing</li><li>Current National Board Certification</li></ol><p><u>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES</u></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Effective written, verbal and electronic communication skills</li><li>Show initiative, creativity and problem-solving ability</li><li>Ability to collaborate with colleagues to provide quality healthcare</li></ol><p><u>ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS</u></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Prior experience using an electronic medical records system</li><li>Bilingual a plus, but not required (English/Spanish)</li></ol><p><u>RELATIONSHIP REPORTING</u></p><p>Reports to the Medical Director</p><p><u>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</u></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Ability to communicate effectively with patients</li><li>Ability to collaborate with colleagues as necessary to provide quality health care</li><li>Ability to use a computer, printer and scanner</li><li>Ability to sit, stand or view a computer screen for extended periods of time</li><li>Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions for extended periods of time</li><li>Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel</li><li>Ability to reach with hands and arms</li></ol>\n    </div>\n  </div>\n",
