          "text": "<p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Develop detailed conceptual plans, engineering designs, and electrical arrangement drawings for high-voltage substations and related facilities;</li><li>Provide engineering support throughout procurement, fabrication, and construction phases, ensuring compliance with design standards;</li><li>Manage and coordinate projects with multidisciplinary engineering teams (electrical, civil, structural, mechanical);</li><li>Participate in the preparation of estimates, proposals, bids, and construction contract documents;</li><li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members;</li><li>Review and approve electrical designs, arrangement drawings, and vendor shop drawings for accuracy and compliance;</li><li>Prepare, review, and approve technical specifications for construction and installation work;</li><li>Estimate construction costs (labor and materials) and support budget planning;</li><li>Conduct site surveys, inspections, and technical investigations to gather data for engineering projects (must comply with PPE and safety requirements);</li><li>Ensure quality assurance and document control throughout the project lifecycle, supporting compliance and process improvement initiatives;</li><li>Perform administrative and technical functions in support of engineering activities, including reporting and scheduling;</li><li>Support compliance with health and safety regulations, including adherence to Ontario Health and Safety Act requirements;</li><li>Coordinate BIM workflows for electrical arrangement design, ensuring accurate integration of models across disciplines;</li><li>Manage clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM tools;</li><li>Maintain and update 3D models and ensure alignment with project standards and client requirements;</li><li>Collaborate with clients and internal teams to clarify technical requirements and resolve design issues;</li><li>Stay updated on industry standards, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical arrangement design.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",

          "text": "<ul><li>A University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience);</li><li>Holding Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration in Ontario (mandatory);</li><li>5+ years of experience in transmission and/or distribution substation design, including high-voltage applications;</li><li>Proven ability to develop station layout drawings for transformers, breakers, and disconnect switches;</li><li>Experience in project monitoring and coordination across multidisciplinary teams;</li><li>Strong knowledge of electrical arrangement design principle (both theoretical and practical);</li><li>In-depth understanding of power generation, transmission, transformation, and distribution systems, including associated equipment and materials;</li><li>Familiarity with applicable electrical standards and regulations (CSA, OESC, IEEE, IEC);</li><li>Working knowledge in AutoCAD (2D &amp; 3D) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);</li><li>Experience with BIM tools for integrated design workflows is highly desirable;</li><li>Working knowledge of electrical analysis software for system studies and design validation;</li><li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to prepare clear technical documentation;</li><li>Effective interpersonal and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively;</li><li>Demonstrated problem-solving ability, adaptability, and attention to detail;</li><li>Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and best practices.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
