What You’ll Do
Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
Prioritize calls based on urgency, customer needs, and technician availability
Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and represent the Bassett brand with professionalism
Schedule appointments using right tech/right call guidelines
Enter customer and call information accurately into our system
Receive and document emergency and non‑emergency calls
Monitor field technicians to ensure efficient routing and time management
Support the team with clear communication and strong follow‑through
What You Need
Previous customer service experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Clear communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Availability for weekends and evenings
Successful completion of assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening
