We value honesty and integrity of character, and a strong work ethic.  We mentor our employees as we create opportunities for personal career growth and development.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform tower modifications, inspections, and audits.</li>\n<li>Able to lead and manage crew members / take direction well.</li>\n<li>Able to take direction from managers and work well in a team.</li>\n<li>Assist in building various types of communication sites such as monopoles, rooftops, self-supporting, and guyed.</li>\n<li>Properly use RF test gear and adequately perform basic Sweep and PIM testing.</li>\n<li>Utilize proper procedures for all types of rigging operations.</li>\n<li>Accountable and responsible for project execution, including scope, safety, schedule, implementation, and customer satisfaction.</li>\n<li>Prioritize safety and consistently follow all OSHA procedures, company policies, and participate in safe work practices.</li>\n<li>100% tie off when working on towers.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2–5 years of construction or telecommunications experience preferred.</li>\n<li>Experience with antenna installation and alignment, TMA’s, Coax, Connectors, Jumpers, grounding, weatherproofing, RRU’s, fiber, installation of steel platforms and grounding.</li>\n<li>Basic electrical skills along with experience using and operating power and hand tools.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR, and reliable transportation.</li>\n<li>Physically capable of and willing to climb tall structures more than 300 feet and work in PNW weather conditions.</li>\n<li>Able to lift, carry, push, pull 75+ lbs.</li>\n<li>Punctual, reliable, and able to learn and retain new information.</li>\n<li>Maintain a professional and positive working relationship with management, co-workers and clients.<br></li>\n<li>Able and willing to travel, work overtime + weekends (occasionally)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competent Tower Climber &amp; Rescue Certification</li>\n<li>RF Safety and Awareness Certification</li>\n<li>CPR/First Aid Certification</li>\n<li>Bloodborne Pathogens Certification</li>\n<li>Fiber, Sweep, PIM Certification</li>\n<li>OSHA 10/30 Certification</li>\n<li>Competent Rigger Certification</li>\n<li>NWSA Certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Wages DOE<br></li>\n<li>Paid Time Off | 10 Days Annually</li>\n<li>Paid Holidays | 7 Annually</li>\n<li>Weekly Payroll by Direct Deposit</li>\n<li>Per Diem Allowance for Out of Market/Overnight Travel</li>\n<li>Excellent Benefits Plan | Medical, Vision, + Dental </li>\n<li>401K Plan</li>\n<li>Life + Disability Insurance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Full-Time Position</p>\n<p><span>Offer will be contingent upon successful completion of background check, drug screen and pre-employment physical.</span></p>\n<p>Capstone strongly encourages applications from military veterans! </p>\n<p>#zr</p>\n<ul></ul>",
