Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.<br><br><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Conduct routine and ad-hoc audits of field activities to ensure adherence to procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements; identify gaps and compliance risks.</li><li>Review and improve service procedures, ensuring they are accurate, practical, and consistently followed across teams and locations.</li><li>Perform on-site audits of field engineers to evaluate execution quality, troubleshooting practices, and alignment with operational standards.</li><li>Lead root cause analysis, drive corrective/preventive actions, and maintain clear audit documentation, metrics, and reporting to stakeholders.</li><li>Identify process improvements, support standardization, and reinforce a strong safety culture while ensuring risk and compliance adherence.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (5+ years in field service, quality, or related area).</li><li>2–5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Effort/Activities:</strong></p><p>Continuously, will work in an office environment, sit at a desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer the telephone, and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis, in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
