In this role, the candidate will work directly with the team to support staff, organize, direct, coordinate and control service activities to achieve outstanding customer service & brand recognition. The ideal candidate will have previous HVAC Technical experience, high-energy, and be an effective communicator. This position is critical to the development of our operational team & quality of support we provide to our customers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What Makes Nextech Different?</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent Health Insurance options including a <strong>FREE</strong> employee only option</li>\n <li>Dental, Vision, Accident, Critical Illness, Disability and Supplemental Life Insurance options</li>\n <li><strong>FREE</strong> life insurance equal to your annualized pay rate</li>\n <li>401k with a 50% match up to the first 5% of your contributions</li>\n <li>7 paid Holidays</li>\n <li>2 paid Personal days</li>\n <li>10 paid Vacation days</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Min Compensation</h2>USD $110,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Max Compensation</h2>USD $135,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for full financial for operations</li>\n <li>Review company reports such as PMs, CINB, SLA and P&L and share with team</li>\n <li>Take calls for customer escalation issues & being able to provide a solution</li>\n <li>Ensure company goals are met monthly/quarterly/yearly</li>\n <li>Manage all Service-Level Agreements (SLA) with current/new clients</li>\n <li>Recruit, hire, and develop service operations team</li>\n <li>Develop training plan for service support team</li>\n <li>Delivery of goals and metrics for assigned group</li>\n <li>Evaluate and perform annual reviews</li>\n <li>Identify and communicate where improvements can be utilized</li>\n <li>Quality assurance on all work performed at customer facilities</li>\n <li>Cover in absence of the next level managers</li>\n <li>Create, communicate, and send weekly activity schedule to VP of Operations</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>7+ years of Management experience for an HVAC contracting business or building-related services company</li>\n <li>O6A License Required</li>\n <li>Have an HVAC/R Technical Background</li>\n <li>Understanding of the principles of quality management with respect to effective communication</li>\n <li>Experience with management and conflict resolution</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines</li>\n <li>Ability to adapt to very fast-paced environment and deadlines</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral</li>\n <li>Advanced Microsoft Office and computer literacy</li>\n</ul>",
