More specifically, RN should be able to:<br><br>• Demonstrate clinical judgment within an evidence-based practice.<br>• Collaborate with other healthcare staff to improve patient outcomes.<br>• Deliver care that meets the unique faith and cultural needs of patients.<br>• Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills in all patient care situations.<br><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Basic Job Requirements:</span></span><br>• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program<br>• Active, unencumbered RN license from the state in which you plan to work<br>• Minimum 6 months of RN work experience<br>• Push, pull, support, and lift a minimum of 80 pounds<br>• Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing and walking<br>• Current CPR certification (Basic Life Support preferred)<br>• Annual physical (where required)<br>• Negative TB test results<br>• Clean background check<br>• COVID-19 Vaccination (where required)<br><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities: </span></span></p>\n<p>As a registered nurse, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to:<br>• Ongoing patient assessment and observation to ensure optimum health levels.<br>• Administering and recording medications per facility policy and procedures.<br>• Transcribing and implementing written, verbal, and electronic physician orders.<br>• Delegating appropriate tasks to nurse aides and ensuring proper care delivery.<br>• Supervising clinical operations for nursing and clinical care activities.<br>• Performing assessment data collection in an ongoing, systemic manner.<br>• Reviewing and evaluating data collected by other healthcare professionals.<br>• Developing care plans that prescribe nursing actions to achieve patient goals.<br>• Identifying patient/family learning needs and implementing appropriate processes.<br>• Demonstrating effective written and verbal communication.<br>• Collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary team.<br>• Ongoing flexibility regarding patient assignments, floating, and related staffing issues.<br>• Promoting a positive work environment and demonstrating a positive attitude.<br><br></p>",
