Don't think traditional retail, Bonobos is something you haven't seen before.</p>\n<h2>Location Name</h2>Columbus Corporate Headquarters\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW </strong></p>\n<p>Responsible for executing the production strategy from supplier allocation through to product delivery. Works closely with key partners to execute the Express product strategy through negotiating best in cost and lead time. Manages risk and opportunity for the area alongside Production Manager. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Owns management of total category by reviewing seasonal allocation with product development and production manager, negotiating time and actions to ensure they align with company milestone meetings</li>\n <li>Drives AUC through fabric and garment negotiations, knowledge of product, seasonal volume and vendor partnerships</li>\n <li>Work directly with production vendors, factories, mills and suppliers on projecting seasonal volume and managing monthly capacities</li>\n <li>Problem solve with cross-functional teams for any issues that occur throughout the production lifecycle</li>\n <li>Project, book and manage fabric and trim positions.  Monitor liability utilizations and report to inventory control on usage</li>\n <li>Partner with cross-functional team in Columbus and New York to influence and drive decision making in order to meet and achieve department goals</li>\n <li>Support Senior Production Coordinator and Manager to execute the Go-To-Market Calendar and company initiatives</li>\n <li>Manage risk and quality control across multiple channels including people, product and process</li>\n <li>Use company reporting to analyze data that will provide the cross-functional team with deliverables</li>\n <li>Participate in company Go-To-Market milestone meetings including travel to New York office as well as overseas as needed</li>\n <li>Support production leads with projects and company initiatives</li>\n <li>Ensure agility and fluidity within product category by building and managing read and react scenarios and test calendars</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>Experience: 3-5 years of experience, manufacturing/sourcing experience preferably within a apparel retail organization</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>CRITICAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of supporting a team environment</li>\n <li>Strong negotiation and analytical skills</li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize workload and work independently </li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite</li>\n <li>Ability to multi task and have strong organizational skills</li>\n <li>Ability to adapt and react to changing work environment</li>\n <li>Sense of urgency with creative problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Knowledge of production and related processes</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Closing</h2>\n<p>If you would like to know more about the California Consumer Privacy Act click here.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
