If you possess solid leadership; technical, organizational, and communication skills; and have a proven track record we offer an outstanding professional opportunity for you.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and perform expert claims analysis and resolution assignments.</li>\n <li>Oversee claims teams on a wide variety of projects in the analysis or preparation of a complex construction claims.</li>\n <li>Market and promote construction claims services, management of projects, financial planning, and control.</li>\n <li>Establish and maintain professional business relations with clients.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related degree.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Professional Engineer (PE) required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>A minimum of 15 years of construction and/or construction claims experience.</li>\n <li>Experience in Project Controls, CPM scheduling, delay analysis, and productivity analysis.</li>\n <li>Experience in claims and dispute resolution, including mediation, dispute review boards, expert witness, arbitration, and litigation.</li>\n <li>Experience on large, complex construction projects.</li>\n <li>Heavy Civil or Building construction experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Why Arcadis?</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
