The Fiserv System Analyst will work with the Fiserv Administrator in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Fiserv applications in use. The position will also collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, and vendors to resolve support issues, questions, can concerns and escalate to the Fiserv Administrator as needed.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Summary of Essential Job Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the primary internal Fiserv support position for the Fiserv Administrator on the Fiserv banking platform at University Bank</li><li>Assist in the maintenance of configuration settings on the Fiserv banking platform, including but not limited to:</li><li>Job role and security settings</li><li>Business workflow automation</li><li>Reporting functions (scheduled and ad-hoc)</li><li>Integration of Fiserv with other business platforms&nbsp;</li><li>Documentation of compliance with established controls</li><li>Maintain and update procedures and documentation related to the Fiserv platform</li><li>Work with Fiserv Administrator to analyze and document business requirements</li><li>Collect and evaluates data and information from multiple sources, resolves conflicts and differentiate between perceived and required user needs</li><li>Assist with the maintenance of business &amp; functional requirements documentation</li><li>Assist with writing text and graphical use cases detailing business and system process flows / data flows</li><li>Participate in discovery sessions with business units and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve support and functionality within the Fiserv platform</li><li>Provides feedback to management on assumptions, issues, and risks providing mitigation solutions as needed</li><li>Assist in implementing improvements to business process workflow utilizing the Fiserv platform to the greatest extent possible</li><li>Track and report on all Fiserv related support tickets on the internal University Bank and the Fiserv ticketing systems</li><li>Manage ticket escalations between the bank representative and the Fiserv ticket holder</li><li>Support ticket coordination to ensure that Fiserv is providing sufficient updates on open projects and escalate as appropriate to management</li><li>Assist with the review of Fiserv bulletins and updates to ensure that required actions are communicated to management</li><li>Assist with quality control and system testing activities</li><li>Act as a technical and operational support point for all tickets related to the Fiserv platform</li><li>Adhere to quality standards ensuring configuration changes are implemented following established change control procedures</li></ul><p><strong>Other Job Functions</strong></p><ul><li>All other duties as assigned by management</li></ul><p><br></p>",
