    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITES:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>SAW, Inc. is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with adults who have developmental disabilities, providing the essential support and supervision they need to successfully complete their daily janitorial tasks at our Adult Activity Center.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Job Functions:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Support and Mentorship: Provide one-on-one and group support to adults with developmental disabilities as they engage in competitive employment activities. Offer guidance, encouragement, and instruction to help individuals build essential job skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Skill Development: Work collaboratively with participants to develop their vocational and life skills. This includes job training, communication skills, and time management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Encourage meaningful interactions and promote social inclusion.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Monitoring:  Ensure that work is produced according to specifications of the host company, and that all safety requirements are being met.
