You&apos;ll bring a creative, resourceful and innovative approach to the recruiting process. On this team, thinking and doing things in new ways is strongly supported.</p><ul><li>Partner with managers to understand their hiring needs and craft a recruitment strategy to find the best talent for their team and Symetra.</li><li>Maintain strong working relationships with internal partners as well as hiring managers, human resources business partners and leadership; keeping them informed and appropriately involved throughout all phases of recruitment.</li><li>Think creatively and be proactive to source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking and research</li><li>Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes</li><li>Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Who you are</strong></p><ul><li>A Bachelor&apos;s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field</li><li>3-4 years of full cycle recruiting experience; both technical and non-technical (i.e. Actuarial, Investment, Finance, Sales, Operations)</li><li>Ability to understand client needs and apply appropriate recommendations</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills</li><li>Solid team orientation, customer focus, and ability to thrive in a fast paced, results oriented environment where change and ambiguity are the norm</li><li>Comfortable working in a virtual/remote environment</li><li>Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to build and foster relationships with your team, business partners, hiring managers and candidates</li><li>Demonstrated and proven networking and sourcing skills</li><li>Solid proficiency working with applicant tracking systems and other job platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed</li><li>Outstanding service orientation and a high-level of personal integrity</li></ul>",
