    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p>JOB SUMMARY (the purpose and general nature of the job):<br>Assembly of a specific product line machines.&nbsp; Ensure the assigned assembly team has the appropriate people, processes and materials to accomplish the goal.&nbsp;</p><p>PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES include the following:<br>Lead responsibilities include but are not limited to:<br>&bull;&nbsp;Reviews parts list to ensure on time parts and/or missing parts.<br>&bull;&nbsp;Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.<br>&bull;&nbsp;Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.<br>&bull;&nbsp;Maintains continuity among staff and departments by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.<br>&bull;&nbsp;Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.<br>&bull;&nbsp;Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities including reading technical publications.<br>&bull;&nbsp;Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.</p><p>Oversight and participation in the following tasks:<br>&bull;&nbsp;Position or align components for assembly, manually or using hoists.<br>&bull;&nbsp;Set and verify parts clearances.<br>&bull;&nbsp;Read and interpret assembly blueprints or specifications manual and plan assembly or building operations.<br>&bull;&nbsp;Verify conformance of parts to stock lists or blueprints using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, or micrometers.<br>&bull;&nbsp;Fasten or install fixtures or wiring and electrical components to form assemblies or subassemblies using hand tools or power tools.<br>&bull;&nbsp;Rework, repair or replace damaged parts or assemblies.<br>&bull;&nbsp;Inspect, operate, and test completed products to verify functioning, machine capabilities, or conformance to customer specifications.<br>&bull;&nbsp;Monitoring and reviewing information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.<br>&bull;&nbsp;Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.<br>&bull;&nbsp;In absence of Operations Manager- System Assembly, ensures that the operation continues as it is self-directed. Ensures that the minimum staff is maintained in event of report-offs or will contact supervisor for direction to ensure safety of all staff.</p><p>Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.</p><p><br>KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Minimal requirements for education, knowledge and experience:<br>High School Equivalency (required), AAS in engineering (electrical/mechanical)/auto mechanics (preferred) and 5+ years of experience high speed precision assembly and service.<br>&bull; Mechanical &mdash; Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, high speed precision machinery and tight-tolerance dynamics.&nbsp;<br>&bull; Mathematics &mdash; Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their application<br>&bull; Design &mdash; Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.</p><p>PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: This position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:<br>&bull;&nbsp;Work schedule generally consists of 40-55 hours per week which may include overtime, on-call status, evenings, and/or weekends.<br>&bull;&nbsp;Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, standing and handling of materials.</p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div>\n",
