(Canon/Nikon preferred).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mobility: </span>Reliable transportation and a smartphone.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Soft Skills: </span>An impeccable eye for detail, strong communication, and a \"customer-first\" attitude.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Favorable Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate </span>(Drone Certified).</li>\n<li>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Matterport</span> or similar 360° technology.</li>\n<li>Professional <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Videography</span> skills.</li>\n<li>Advanced shooting techniques (HDR, Flambient, etc.). </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Come join our growing team at Hometrack Real Estate Marketing!</span></p>",
