Methods may include venous, capillary, arterial, and line collections. Not all locations use all methods. You will provide rapid response to medical emergencies such as traumas and codes.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>Working as a Phlebotomist at Mayo Clinic, you will be working both independently and as a team, actively partnering with team members by fostering an inclusive work environment, and respecting others with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. You will interact with patients, nurses, providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. A variety of computer programs and systems will be used throughout your daily routine.
