      "content": "\n<li>Monitor inbound/outbound product to ensure inventory integrity and all required information is accurately captured prior to further movement throughout the supply chain</li>\n<li>Identify root causes of data integrity gaps and work cross-functionally to implement correct processes.&nbsp;This includes coordinating with Finance, Purchasing, Production, and Fulfillment departments regarding inventory, transfer, and replenishment needs</li>\n<li>Analyze facility inventory on a regular basis and ensure all critical information is loaded within the system and provide corrective action/resolution on and identified gaps</li>\n<li>Ensure movement of product into &amp; out of the facility is processed correctly</li>\n<li>Responsible for staffing &amp; scheduling respective shift appropriately</li>\n<li>Updates/confirms inventory program based on actual cycle count numbers</li>\n<li>Ensures FEFO/FIFO processes are being followed</li>\n<li>Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and managing the performance of employees assigned to respective shift</li>\n<li>Support all safety efforts</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>High School Diploma/GED</li>\n<li>3+ years of warehouse/inventory experience</li>\n<li>1 year of previous warehouse/inventory supervisory experience</li>\n<li>Previous experience with warehouse/inventory management systems</li>\n<li>Ability to obtain forklift certification (if not currently active)</li>\n<li>Must be able to effectively communicate cross-functionally in a collaborative manner</li>\n<li>Must be able to influence others using data and experience, all while respecting and supporting the priorities and objectives of other functions</li>\n<li>Must be proficient in Microsoft office products and able to develop clear and concise spreadsheets, documents, and reports</li>\n"
