Builds forms, smoothes and finishes freshly poured concrete.</li>\n<li>Positions, joins, aligns, welds and seals pipe sections.</li>\n<li>Mops, brushes, or spreads paints or compounds over surfaces for protection.</li>\n<li>Sprays materials such as water, sand, steam, tar, or paint, through hose to clean, coat, or seal surfaces.</li>\n<li>Grinds, sands, or polishes various surfaces.</li>\n<li>Assists with all aspects of construction: Demolishes buildings, saws lumber, dismantles forms, concrete work, constructs elements of buildings, asphalt work, lifts and moves objects, etc.</li>\n<li>WRS laborers may be asked to stand a fire watch, hole watch or pump watch.
