This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle financial transactions securely in a fast-paced environment.</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Maintain security and accountability over all funds.</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow all casino security and compliance procedures, including identification verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory guidelines.</p></li>\n <li><p>Process credit, debit, and check transactions accurately and in compliance with company policies.</p></li>\n <li><p>Verify large transactions and ensure all required approvals and documentation are obtained.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain accurate records of all cash, chips, and vouchers received or disbursed.</p></li>\n <li><p>Count and reconcile daily cash drawers and prepare cash deposits as required.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries, complaints, or discrepancies professionally.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with audits and internal reporting as requested.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support other cage operations or team members as needed.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High school diploma or equivalent.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English.</p></li>\n <li><p>Proficient in basic mathematical operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts, interest, and commission; apply to practical situations using fractions, percentages, and problem-solving.</p></li>\n <li><p>Previous money handling experience required.</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience using a 10-key calculator.</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience with computers, including AS400 or similar systems.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.</p></li>\n <li><p>Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations, including the ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 20 lbs.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
