font-size: 12pt\">Under direction from Head Greenskeeper, </span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">performs routine golf course maintenance, repairs and construction.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: underline\"> JOB FUNCTIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Mow, aerate, grade, seed, sod, water, rake and police greens, tees, fairways and rough.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Repair and replace pipe on sprinkler system at golf course and driving range.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Operate mowers, sod cutters, chain saws, hand and power tools and all other small engine powered and mechanical equipment for mowing, maintaining and renovation of the golf course and driving range.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare and clean beds, plants, trims, prunes, mulches, waters, weeds, stakes, fertilizes, rakes, shovels, digs, spreads wood chips, back fills and levels soil to complete and maintain grounds and horticultural projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Load, unload and deliver equipment and supplies, as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Shovel, snow blow, broom and salt to remove ice and snow.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Help clean, adjust and maintain mowers, golf carts, tools and equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Clean work site when projects are completed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Attend work on a regular basis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain a clean and organized work environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Additional functions may be essential.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to use discretion and independence in work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform the job safely and in compliance with district policies, procedures, work and safety rules.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Be familiar with the safe operation of any equipment necessary in accomplishing required tasks.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: underline\">SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Sunday through Saturday, up to 40 hours a week, with work hours designated by the Head Greenskeeper.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Weekend and holiday scheduling may be required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">General work area is outdoors and employee is exposed to extreme weather conditions, including extreme cold, snow, rain and ice.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Employee will also be exposed to chemicals (i.e., fertilizer, pesticides, weed killers, fungicides).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Exposure to noise distractions from employees or equipment operation in adjacent work areas.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Exposure to heights and confined spaces.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Infrequent exposure to cleaning materials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manual dexterity required for frequent manipulation of trade tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Subject to modified/flexible work schedule.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Physical agility to maintain mobility from site to site.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be 18 years of age or older.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge and skill to operate most all mechanical equipment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Good knowledge of pertinent safety precautions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to maintain positive and effective working relationships with other employees.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
