Our Bartenders are adaptive, responding to customer feedback with tailored drink modifications that hit the mark every time.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.</p><p>Engage guests with a friendly demeanor, taking orders and serving drinks and snacks.</p><p>Provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries about our offerings.</p><p>Make drink recommendations based on guests&rsquo; preferences and seasonal ingredients.</p><p>Manage bar inventory, ensuring supplies are well-stocked and fresh.</p><p>Verify the age of patrons to enforce legal drinking age regulations.</p><p>Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.</p><p>Foster an inviting atmosphere that prioritizes guest satisfaction.</p><p>Uphold all food and beverage laws and regulations.</p><p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile:</strong></p><p>Must be 21 years of age or older.</p><p>Holds a current TABC certification.</p><p>Demonstrates a proven track record of success as a Bartender.</p><p>Shows deep knowledge of mixology, including both traditional and contemporary cocktail recipes.</p><p>Proficient with computer systems, including POS.</p><p>Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly regarded.</p><p>Exhibits a positive disposition with superior communication skills.</p><p>Capable of maintaining a well-organized, stocked, and sanitary bar.</p><p>Able to lift 50 pounds.</p><p>Able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 6 &ndash; 8 hours).</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>What Sets Our Bartenders Apart:</strong></p><p>Our Bartenders are more than mixologists; they are the heart and soul of our guest experience.
