This role is critical in ensuring smooth weekend operations for ProSense FEED device installations, service visits, and removals, acting as the central point of coordination between customers, field technicians, service partners and internal teams.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate and schedule weekend field activities, including device installs, service visits, and removals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Act as the primary point of contact for field technicians during weekend operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor job progress and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical conflicts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and ensure a high-quality experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Track and update job statuses in internal systems (e.g., CRM, scheduling tools)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Reliable smartphone with basic knowledge of how to use it and take basic measurements. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Great communication skills to work with customers, field technicians and service partners</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Positive attitude and service minded.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
