Security USA employs the best candidates in the field that make the difference for our clients. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We currently have immediate openings for high-end residential location in New York City. </p>\n<p>The follwoing part-time shifts are available: </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Shifts can be combined with other locations to create full-time positions. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>As a leading security officer in a residential building, your role will be to ensure the safety and satisfaction of the community by performing a range of essential tasks. </p>\n<p>These include but are not limited to :</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Warmly greeting both incoming and outgoing tenants,</li>\n <li>Diligently monitoring the building and its surroundings through CCTV</li>\n <li>Ensuring that all guests and vendors adhere to the proper access control guidelines.</li>\n <li>Your duties will also involve securing the premises and offering security assistance whenever required</li>\n <li>Additionally, you will be responsible for providing incident reports and other necessary documentation to both building management and Security USA. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>To be considered for this position, the following will be required </p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><u>Valid NY State Security Guard License</u></li>\n   <li>2 years of experience</li>\n   <li>Be physically capable of climbing stairs and patrolling</li>\n   <li>Must have high school diploma or equivalent</li>\n   <li>Must be Authorized to work in the US. </li>\n   <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write reports effectively, are essential.</li>\n   <li>Must be clean shaven</li>\n   <li>Must have positive and customer-oriented attitude.</li>\n   <li>Must be comfortable standing for long periods.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
