This role is responsible for onboarding, coaching, and continuously improving the effectiveness of client-facing team members through structured training, call reviews, and performance development.</p><p>The ideal candidate understands sales processes, customer communication, objection handling, and consultative selling. You’ll work closely with team leads and managers to identify skill gaps, improve conversion performance, and ensure a consistent client experience across the team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Own</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct onboarding and continuous training for Sales team members</li><li>Develop training materials, playbooks, scripts, and coaching frameworks</li><li>Run live coaching sessions, roleplays, and call reviews</li><li>Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement</li><li>Train teams on objection handling, client communication, and sales processes</li><li>Help improve conversion rates, client engagement, and overall sales quality</li><li>Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and training initiatives</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, product knowledge, and customer experience</li></ul>",
