Conducts suite inspections for cleanliness and uphold standards.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for upholding all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Reports all maintenance discrepancies and situations in a timely manner and effectively follow through.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must enforce all OSHA and Safety policies and procedures.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensures all tower public areas are cleaned and well-maintained upholding hotel standards.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitors all supplies and amenity levels in assigned areas.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Initiates positive or corrective action when standards are being consistently met or neglected.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Works closely with Status Board Operators communicating accurate room status information to the front office staff.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to make good sound judgment decisions regarding employee and guest safety as well as professional customer service skills.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must be familiar with guestroom cleaning techniques to include industrial carpet and floor care, as well as basic guestroom cleaning.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to maintain a consistent pace throughout the shift.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Previous Housekeeping managerial experience preferred.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must have good communication and written skills.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong management skills required.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Able to walk long periods of time.</li><li>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of chemicals and cleaning equipment<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of project management and scheduling.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of Culinary Union contract a plus.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Comprehensive computer knowledge, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Groupwise; AS400: LMS &nbsp;</li><li>May be required to use small step stool to reach high areas of assigned cleaning.</li><li>Ability to work in smoking areas.</li><li>Ability to work in pet friendly areas.</li><li>Able to push, pull, carry, or lift up to 50lbs repetitively throughout the work day.</li><li>The physical ability to stand and/or walk continuously for duration of shift.</li><li>The physical ability to climb stairs, balance, bend/stoop, and kneel continuously.</li><li>The physical ability to frequently crouch, push/pull, squat, and work above the shoulders with both arms.</li><li>The physical ability to use both hands for continuous grasping.</li><li>The physical ability to push, pull, and lift various furniture items such as mattresses, end tables, chairs, ottomans, lamps, and tables.</li><li>The physical ability to tolerate any required personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, safety goggles, and other protective equipment deemed appropriate on a continuous basis.</li><li>Ability to safely operate motorized equipment&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Attention to detail and must have visual capabilities needed to inspect work upon completion to avoid leaving deficient work.</li><li>Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance according to schedule</li><li>Proficient in English Verbal and Written.</li><li><p>21+ years of age Required</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint. &nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must be able to lift 35-50lbs repeatedly, and handle sensitive situations relating to staff and guest problems, in a timely manner.<br>&nbsp;</p></li></ul>",
