Develops program specific policies in consultation with faculty.  \\nCurriculum development and accreditation: Oversees graduate curriculum content and development to ensure relevance and adherence to accreditation standards\\n \\nProgram Evaluation: Oversees program evaluation and the institutional review and assessment plan for graduate nursing\\nFaculty Management: Leads the recruitment, development, and retention of graduate nursing faculty. Mentors new faculty to support faculty development. Delegates appropriate responsibilities to faculty to ensure the compliance of programs with University and accreditation standards and expectations. Oversees faculty performance and evaluation.\\nScheduling: Schedules classes and other related program functions/activities.\\nStudent Affairs: Oversees student affairs within the graduate nursing programs including advising, student support services and student disciplinary actions.  Collaborates with the admission/enrollment team to oversee graduate student admission and enrollment.\\nResource Allocation: Allocates appropriate resources to effectively support the graduate nursing programs.
