          "text": "<p>At Eataly, this role is referred to as a Salumi &amp; Formaggi Artisan. The Artisanal Cheese and Salumi Department at Eataly is referred to as the Salumi and&#xa0;Formaggi (SAFO) Department and is home to more than 500+ of the highest quality cheeses and cured meats specially sourced from Italy, internationally and locally. Many of them are entirely exclusive to Eataly. A Salumi &amp; Formaggi Artisan prepares, packages, receives and stocks product. A Salumi &amp; Formaggi Artisan has passion for cheese and meat, and the ability to share that passion with Eataly’s guests. Reports to the Store Operations Manager.</p><ul><li>Assists guests with cheese and meat selection and shares knowledge of products</li><li>Weighs, labels and packages products and completes food preparation in a timely manner</li><li>Ensures counter and display refrigerators neatly and accurately as per the pricing menu, and promptly informs management when food quantities or supplies are low</li><li>Merchandizes displays attractively and rotates products per quality and First In First Out (FIFO) standards&#xa0;</li><li>Cleans work station thoroughly</li><li>Performs other duties as required or assigned</li></ul>",
