Do you want to join a high-performing team of dedicated professionals who work effectively together, have fun, and share the joy of truly making the word a better place?&nbsp;</p><p>Through the dedication and commitment of our staff, Thrive&rsquo;s clients receive the highest quality of care available, incorporating proven, effective treatment for substance use and mental health disorders.</p><p>The ideal candidate will be results-driven, team-and detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working on multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide comprehensive nursing assessments;</li><li>Utilize comprehensive nursing assessments, plans, interventions and evaluations in direct client care.</li><li>Monitor medication and administer injections with strict adherence to Center policy and procedure. &nbsp;Adjust monthly medication log according to doctor&rsquo;s medication orders.</li><li>Monitor signs and symptoms of psychiatric functioning; monitor medication regimen; assist in community networking and education.</li><li>Provide intake/assessment services and ongoing short term case management and psychotherapy services to adult outpatients;</li><li>Consult/liaison with psychiatrist and/or medical doctors and other treatment staff;</li><li>Provide individual, couple, family or group counseling.</li><li>Provide crisis intervention.</li><li>Provide referral consultation and education to the community regarding issues of chemical dependency and mental health.</li><li>Provide chemical dependency and mental health consultation, education and training to agency personnel.</li><li>Develop and implement treatment plans and document services consistent with Center standards and/or insurance requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with other providers, agencies and individuals in the client&#39;s network of care.</li></ul><ul start=\"13\" type=\"1\"><li>Provide education, training and modeling in basic daily living skills, social or parenting skills.</li><li>Teach clients effective techniques for managing their medication as prescribed.</li><li>Coordinate services within the Center as needed.</li><li>Assist clients in developing and strengthening their support network to accomplish goals and objectives.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 65, 65); font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; display: inline !important; float: none;\">Rhode Island registered nursing license required</span>&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in the Nursing or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.</li><li>&nbsp;Minimum (2) year experience in in a mental health setting working with clients with disabilities preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience or training in related state and federal assistance programs also preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Basic computer literacy skills are necessary.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p>Thrive Behavioral Health provides a friendly/family working environment, whose values include Dignity, Respect, Teamwork and Professional Support and Development.
