(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients.  LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Edison, NJ.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Schedule Review and Analysis</li>\n <li>Prepare and submit schedule analysis reports</li>\n <li>Help develop a baseline cash flow and resource plan for tracking progress</li>\n <li>Integration and Reporting</li>\n <li>Provide all necessary progress data and analysis for monthly update of Integrated Master Project Schedule (IMPS).</li>\n <li>Risk and Claims Support</li>\n <li>Assist in preparing Time Impact Analyses</li>\n <li>Maintain records of work progress</li>\n <li>Identify potential schedule risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies and schedule recovery efforts for impacted work</li>\n <li>Support the Program Schedule Manager and Commercial Team in claim negotiations and dispute resolution</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably on large-scale, complex transit or heavy civil infrastructure projects.</li>\n <li>Experience with Design-Build contracts a plus.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing contractor schedule submittals using software such as Primavera</li>\n <li>Experience with schedule analysis, including critical path methodology, cost/resource loading, and preparing time impact analyses (TIAs).</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and reporting skills. </li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are committed to your success, and we invest in your growth and development to unlock your full potential.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Total Compensation Package</li>\n <li>Employee- Only Stock Purchase Plan</li>\n <li>Mentoring programs</li>\n <li>Continuing Education Program</li>\n <li>Employee referral bonus</li>\n <li>Volunteer/Industry association opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Our Culture:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We believe in the power of collaboration.
