At PAR, we take on the most challenging and complex projects we can find, and we hire people who thrive on hard work and demanding opportunities.</p>\n<h2>About this Role</h2>\n<p>PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Fleet Manager to oversee fleet operations across the Ohio-Indiana-Kentucky area. This role is responsible for managing the performance, maintenance, utilization, and compliance of a diverse fleet supporting electrical construction projects, including transmission, distribution, substation, and drilling operations.</p>\n<p>The Regional Fleet Manager will partner closely with operations, safety, and finance teams to ensure equipment reliability, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This individual will play a key role in supporting field productivity by ensuring the right equipment is available, properly maintained, and operating safely.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee day-to-day fleet operations across the region, including vehicles, heavy equipment, and specialty utility equipment</li>\n <li>Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs to maximize uptime and extend equipment life</li>\n <li>Manage fleet utilization, ensuring equipment is effectively allocated across projects based on demand</li>\n <li>Monitor and control fleet-related costs, including maintenance, repairs, and capital expenditures</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards, including inspections and documentation</li>\n <li>Recruit, hire, lead and support field mechanics and fleet personnel, including scheduling, performance management, and training</li>\n <li>Partner with operations teams to plan equipment needs for upcoming projects and mobilizations</li>\n <li>Manage vendor relationships for equipment procurement, maintenance, and repairs</li>\n <li>Oversee equipment lifecycle management, including acquisition, replacement, and disposal strategies</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate fleet records, reporting, and performance metrics</li>\n <li>Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime</li>\n <li>Support incident investigations related to fleet and equipment as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>7+ years of experience in fleet management, heavy equipment, or related field, preferably in construction or utilities</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of fleet operations, preventative maintenance, and equipment lifecycle management</li>\n <li>Experience managing teams, including field mechanics or fleet personnel</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of DOT regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements</li>\n <li>Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and capital planning</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze data and use fleet management systems to drive decisions</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, field-driven environment</li>\n <li>Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office tools</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred or ability to obtain</li>\n <li>Willingness to travel within the region to support job sites and operations</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Get</h2>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PAR offers a comprehensive benefits package including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>100% employer-paid health care benefits (medical, dental, and vision) for you and your dependents</li>\n <li>100% employer-paid basic life insurance</li>\n <li>100% employer-paid disability benefits</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement plan with matching contribution</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off (sick and vacation)</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Tuition Assistance</li>\n <li>Wellness and Mental Health Programs</li>\n <li>Learning and Development Programs</li>\n</ul>\n<p>PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC does not sponsor applicants for work visas.
