This position provides &nbsp;&nbsp;exceptional guest service while processing transactions such as chip &nbsp;&nbsp;redemption, ticket redemption, cash advances (if applicable), and jackpot &nbsp;&nbsp;payouts in compliance with Tribal Gaming Regulations and National Indian &nbsp;&nbsp;Gaming Commission (NIGC) standards.</p><p>This role is &nbsp;&nbsp;essential to maintaining financial integrity, safeguarding assets, and &nbsp;&nbsp;ensuring adherence to all internal controls.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Functions.</strong> <em>An &nbsp;&nbsp;individual in this role must be able to perform the following functions with &nbsp;&nbsp;or without reasonable accommodation:</em></p><p><br></p><p>· <strong>Cash Handling &amp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Transactions</strong></p><p>· Process customer &nbsp;&nbsp;transactions including ticket redemption, check cashing (if applicable), and &nbsp;&nbsp;chip/token exchanges.</p><p>· Accurately count, &nbsp;&nbsp;verify, and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.</p><p>· Issue and verify &nbsp;&nbsp;jackpot payouts and hand pays in accordance with procedures.</p><p>· Maintain proper &nbsp;&nbsp;documentation for all transactions.</p><p>· <strong>Compliance &amp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Internal Controls</strong></p><p>· Adhere strictly to all &nbsp;&nbsp;internal controls, policies, and procedures.</p><p>· Verify identification &nbsp;&nbsp;for transactions as required (e.g., jackpots, large transactions).</p><p>· Maintain compliance &nbsp;&nbsp;with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and reporting thresholds.</p><p>· Ensure accuracy and &nbsp;&nbsp;accountability in all financial transactions.</p><p>· <strong>Security &amp; Risk &nbsp;&nbsp;Awareness</strong></p><p>· Safeguard cash, chips, &nbsp;&nbsp;and other financial instruments at all times.</p><p>· Remain alert to &nbsp;&nbsp;suspicious activity and report concerns immediately.</p><p>· Follow dual-control &nbsp;&nbsp;procedures and segregation of duties requirements.</p><p>· <strong>Guest Service</strong></p><p>· Provide courteous, &nbsp;&nbsp;efficient, and professional service to all guests.</p><p>· Answer guest questions &nbsp;&nbsp;regarding transactions and casino services.</p><p>· Resolve minor issues &nbsp;&nbsp;and escalate concerns appropriately.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p>",
