Daily operations broken into morning and evening shifts. This role aims to provide a seamless experience for all hotel guests using the hotel’s skier services. From arrival to departure, valet technicians&#39; welcome guests to the resort, store their equipment for daily use, work with hotel team members and create a genuine, personal hospitality experience unlike any other. </p><p></p><p><b>Perks and Benefits:</b> </p><ul><li><p>Free Alterra Mountain Company Employee pass:  </p></li><li><p>Unlimited access to all AMC owned resorts </p></li><li><p>Ability to upgrade to full Ikon Pass at heavily discounted rate </p></li><li><p>Ability to ski everyday* </p></li><li><p><i>Barring blackout dates at Deer Valley</i> </p></li><li><p>Access to 645&#43; industry discounted brands through Expertvoice </p></li><li><p>Discounted access to Rossignol/Dynastar/Lange equipment </p></li><li><p>401K benefit and match for ALL staff members over 18 years old </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Primary Responsibilities:</b> </p><ul><li><p>Uphold brand standards through exceptional customer service while meeting our Key Customer Requirements: </p></li><li><p>KCR #1: On Time – arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time </p></li><li><p>KCR #2: Communication – setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service and meeting hotel service standards</p></li><li><p>KCR #3: Provide timely, accurate placement and retrieval of guest&#39;s skis and other related stored equipment </p></li><li><p>Support: assist guests with fitting and adjusting Ski Butlers equipment as needed </p></li><li><p>Assist guests with relevant information regarding resort operations, meeting areas, on-site hotel amenities, transportation and local mountain town knowledge </p></li><li><p>Setting up the next shift and future team members for success </p></li><li><p>Enhance the overall skier experience </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Secondary Responsibilities:</b> </p><ul><li><p>Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing and general equipment maintenance </p></li><li><p>Making/Answering customer phone calls and face-to-face questions with a positive and inviting tone of voice </p></li><li><p>Anticipating guest needs </p></li><li><p>Snow removal </p></li><li><p>Re-stock amenities </p></li><li><p>Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment </p></li></ul></div>",
