    "description": "<h2> </h2>\n<p>We have an exciting opportunity for a Unified Communications Engineer to join our team of experts and be involved in the rare opportunity to implement a new datacenter supporting all of United Wholesale Mortgage’s operations. You will ensure the stable operation of our enterprise Cisco Unified Communications systems using a Plan, Build, Operate model.</p>\n<h2>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Administration of Cisco Voice Applications and third party tools</li>\n <li>Monitor communication server clusters to ensure peak performance</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system outages and trouble tickets</li>\n <li>Provide capacity, performance, uptime and security reporting</li>\n <li>Maintain up-to-date documentation of system design, operation and procedure manuals</li>\n <li>Assist with project implementations and other tasks</li>\n <li>Participate in rotating on-call escalation coverage or emergency response</li>\n <li>Provide in-person training and support to team members</li>\n <li>Mentor other telecom team members</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU</h2>\n<p>Must-Have:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of experience in the administration of Cisco Unified Communication systems, specifically:</li>\n <li>Cisco Unified Communications Manager</li>\n <li>Cisco Unity Connection</li>\n <li>Cisco Packaged Contact Center Enterprise (PCCE)</li>\n <li>CUBE/Gateway troubleshooting experience</li>\n <li>Experience supporting call recording applications</li>\n <li>Vendor Relationship Management</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, team members and clients</li>\n <li>Experience working in ticketing systems (ServiceNow)</li>\n <li>Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with ability to multitask and adapt, positive attitude and willingness to learn</li>\n <li>Onsite, full-time attendance</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Nice-To-Have:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Computer-related degree or equivalent experience, or CCNP Collaboration</li>\n <li>Experience with VMware servers</li>\n <li>e911 experience</li>\n <li>Experience with scripting/API</li>\n <li>Experience with Cisco Expressway/MRA, and Cisco Emergency Responder</li>\n <li>Experience working with IT frameworks (Agile, ITIL)</li>\n <li>Cisco IM&Presence</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>THE PLACE & THE PERKS</h2>\n<p>Ready to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
