Repair and maintenance is done on all parts of the trailer including plumbing, electrical, a/c and heating, appliances, LP systems, and more.</span><span>A successful candidate must have prior RV experience and mechanical aptitude, but we provide ongoing on the job training for those who want to expand their skillset. A certification process is available for those who qualify. Our service team will assist every new member in learning our products, processes, and skills needed to be successful.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS</span></p>\n<p><span>To perform this job well, an individual should demonstrate the following competences:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Excellent communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Good mechanical aptitude</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent problem solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work </span><span>independently</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to read service manuals and instructions</span></li>\n<li><span>Basic computer skills is helpful</span></li>\n<li><span>Positive attitude and reliable</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>High school education or its equivalent;</span></li>\n<li><span>Valid driver’s license</span></li>\n<li><span>Previous RV tech experience</span></li>\n<li><span>RV technician certification is a plus!</span></li>\n<li><span>Hourly pay is based on knowledge and experience.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Good general health and physical ability.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to perform physical tasks for up to 8 hours per shift.</span></li>\n<li><span>Heavy lifting is occasionally required.</span></li>\n<li><span>All sensory abilities are required.</span></li>\n</ul>",
