In addition, our UX Architects mentor other practitioners, overseeing their work to ensure successful delivery.</p><p>In addition, our UX Architects mentor other practitioners, overseeing their work to ensure successful delivery.&#xa0;</p><p>This could be the position for you if:&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>You have a proven understanding of product strategy, heuristic analysis, information architecture, user research, user interface design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You&#xa0;possess&#xa0;strong conceptual and visual communication skills, have expert knowledge of interaction design and usability principles, and can span multiple projects.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You have a proven understanding of user research and usability testing methodologies, with strong analytic capabilities necessary to provide insights and recommendations.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You are a confident self-starter, yet able to take feedback from clients and direction from UX and Creative Directors with humility, all while collaborating closely with project teams.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You thrive in an environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and enjoy collaborating with other interaction designers, user researchers, developers, and business system analysts.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p>Responsibilities may include: &#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Leading the creation of personas, customer journey&#xa0;maps,&#xa0;wireframes,&#xa0;responsive visual designs, and interactive&#xa0;prototypes&#xa0;that follow interaction design and usability best practices.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Leading advanced design activities such as design workshops, rapid prototyping, and iterative user testing.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Producing clean, informative, and concise presentations to clients and internal teams that communicate the rationale behind your designs  &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Performing competitive assessments and&#xa0;providing&#xa0;innovative alternatives, as well as researching and understanding design and technology trends. &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Exploring and&#xa0;leveraging&#xa0;AI-powered design tools and workflows, staying current with emerging technologies, and experimenting with&#xa0;new approaches&#xa0;to enhance creativity, efficiency, and impact.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Advocating the benefits of accessible design and usability with clients and team members.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Giving insightful and constructive feedback on the designs, including interactions, information architecture, content, and alignment with business goals and user needs.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Volunteering for CX leadership opportunities, including contributing to methodologies, capabilities, approaches, and toolset.           "text": "<ul><li><p>5+ years of professional experience, ideally in a design consultancy or digital agency &#xa0;</p></li><li><p>4-year+ degree in design, fine arts,&#xa0;HCI,&#xa0;or similar preferred.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, while successfully delivering against scope and budget. &#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Experience with multiple domains of human-centered design including user and market research, product and experience strategy, information architecture, experience design, content strategy, and customer insight. &#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Proven written, verbal, conceptual, and visual communication skills.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Figma is&#xa0;preferred, with preference given to candidates who&#xa0;can&#xa0;design developer-ready UI components,&#xa0;with&#xa0;demonstrated&#xa0;expertise in organizing files for clarity, applying consistent styles and naming conventions, and utilizing advanced features such as auto layout, component libraries, variables, and design tokens to support scalable and efficient design handoff.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Proficiency&#xa0;with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as PowerPoint, is preferred.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with user research tools (e.g., Optimal Workshop,&#xa0;UserTesting, SurveyMonkey) is a plus.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of Agile product development lifecycles and practices is a plus. &#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 Accessibility standards and Inclusive Design principals is a plus.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Experience with multiple domains of human-centered design including user and market research, product and experience strategy, information architecture, experience design, content strategy, optimization, and customer insight.&#xa0;<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Please include a link to your online portfolio with your application&#xa0;in order to&#xa0;be considered</strong></p></li></ul>",
