text-decoration: underline\">actively licensed in two or more</span> of the following jurisdictions: <span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MA, NV, OH, PA, SC, TN, UT, VA, WA</span>.</span> Other active licensure will also be considered. </p>\n<p>This role is well-suited for an attorney who is:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-directed and disciplined in a remote environment</li>\n<li>Motivated by purpose, impact, and results</li>\n<li>Interested in long-term growth within a supportive firm structure</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Practice Focus<br></span></span>Our work involves the interplay of several related practice areas, including:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medicaid eligibility and reimbursement</li>\n<li>Administrative appeals</li>\n<li>Civil litigation</li>\n<li>Probate and estate claims</li>\n<li>Guardianships</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Prior experience in one or more of these areas is preferred, but curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to client advocacy are equally important.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Work Model &amp; Schedule</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>W-2, full-time position</li>\n<li>Regular business hours, Monday–Friday, aligned to your respective U.S. time zone to optimize team collaboration</li>\n<li>Fully remote with limited travel only as required for hearings or proceedings and firm events</li>\n<li>Structured support with autonomy in day-to-day practice</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Independently manage cases from intake through resolution</li>\n<li>Develop and execute legal strategies based on factual investigation and legal analysis</li>\n<li>Maintain substantive communications with:\n<ul>\n<li>Courts and administrative agencies</li>\n<li>Clients and financial institutions</li>\n<li>Opposing counsel</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Draft and review legal documents, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals</li>\n<li>Agreements and security instruments</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Appear at hearings and trials as necessary</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Competencies, Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Required Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school</li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience</li>\n<li>Active licensure in two or more listed states</li>\n<li>Strong written and oral advocacy skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team</li>\n<li>High level of organization, time management, and personal accountability</li>\n<li>Persistent, resourceful, and proactive problem-solver</li>\n<li>Confidence to own outcomes from start to finish</li>\n<li>Ability to travel for in-person hearings, firm trainings &amp;
