    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Director of EH&amp;S is a senior leader responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing environmental, health, and safety programs across the organization. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, promotes a culture of safety, and drives sustainability initiatives. The director collaborates with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and enhance workplace safety and environmental stewardship.</p>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and execute comprehensive EH&amp;S strategies and policies</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and other regulatory bodies</li>\n <li>Conduct risk assessments and lead incident investigations</li>\n <li>Drive effective risk assessments and in depth incident investigations for root cause, taking lead on significant cases as needed</li>\n <li>Develop and deliver training programs on safety and environmental practices</li>\n <li>Monitor and report EH&amp;S performance metrics and KPIs</li>\n <li>Lead emergency preparedness and response planning</li>\n <li>Manage hazardous materials, waste disposal, and pollution prevention programs</li>\n <li>Liaise with government agencies and external stakeholders</li>\n <li>Promote continuous improvement and employee engagement in EH&amp;S initiatives</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field</li>\n <li>Experience in hazardous waste site remediation, working with environmental consultants</li>\n <li>10+ years of EH&amp;S experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role</li>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local EH&amp;S regulations</li>\n <li>Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills</li>\n <li>Experience with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, or similar standards</li>\n <li>Proficiency in EH&amp;S management systems and reporting tools</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Preferred Certifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Certified Safety Professional</li>\n <li>Certified Industrial Hygienist</li>\n <li>Certified Hazardous Materials Manager</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<table>\n <tbody>\n  <tr>\n   <td>&nbsp;</td>\n   <td>&nbsp;</td>\n  </tr>\n </tbody>\n</table>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
