We are committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a friendly small-town atmosphere.</p><hr data-start=\"558\" data-end=\"561\"><h3 data-start=\"563\" data-end=\"589\"><strong data-start=\"567\" data-end=\"587\">GENERAL PURPOSE:</strong></h3><p data-start=\"590\" data-end=\"1098\">The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Long Term Care delivers comprehensive patient care services as directed by supervising RNs and physicians. This role includes measuring, evaluating, administering, and documenting patient care, contributing to individualized care plans, and collaborating closely with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) by assigning tasks based on their skills.
