    "description_html": "<p>We are looking to hire a highly motivated per diem MRI Technologist in Walnut Creek, California.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform MRI procedures on patients with a referral from a medical provider.</li><li>Explain MRI procedure to patients</li><li>Communicate with patient during MRI procedure</li><li>Capacity to follow ordering providers’ orders in conjunction with the Radiologist protocols</li><li>Sensitivity to the physical and psychological needs of the patients</li><li>Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task</li><li>Knowledge of safe MRI practice as outlined from the ACR</li><li>Submit images per ACR guidelines every four years for re-accreditation.</li><li>Comply with safety regulations involving the use of MRI to protect yourself, patients and other staff members.</li><li>Call in service for MRI equipment when needed</li><li>Conduct QA on MRI Equipment and keep accurate and up to date logs</li><li>Must have venipuncture license and the ability to inject contrast</li><li>Communicate STAT result to Radiologist</li><li>Follow-up on STAT results with referring provider</li><li>Knowledge of budget guidelines for ordering supplies</li><li>Attend staff meetings (may occur outside of office hours)</li><li>Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures</li><li>Communicate with practice manager on any related issues from above</li><li>Communicate with Radiologist on MRI best practice as needed</li><li>Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor</li></ul>",
