Roman\",serif;'><strong><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>Essential Duties for the TPM Depot Supervisor</span></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:-0.25in;\"><li><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Accurately documenting all KPIs and other metrics</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Arial;color:black;\">Conduct daily audits, track, and label items implementing 5s methodology, and maintain building organization.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\";color:black;'>Assist in the direct management of the onsite relationship with our TPM Partner.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Utilization of audit and collected data to enhance and improve internal processes.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Train new operators on the PECO quality spec and how to sort and repair pallets.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Complete refresher training on PECO specifications as needed.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Ensure all forklift operators have passed the PECO operator certification program.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Track and follow up on all employee training.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Ensure all employees perform duties in a safe/timely manner, following established safety protocols.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">On call for system emergencies and trouble shooting.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Responsible for
