This position &nbsp;&nbsp;ensures accuracy, accountability, and compliance with all internal controls &nbsp;&nbsp;and regulatory requirements related to gaming revenue handling.</p><p>The incumbent plays &nbsp;&nbsp;a critical role in maintaining the integrity and security of casino cash &nbsp;&nbsp;operations.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Functions.</strong> <em>An &nbsp;&nbsp;individual in this role must be able to perform the following functions with &nbsp;&nbsp;or without reasonable accommodation:</em></p><p>· <strong>Drop Process</strong></p><p>· Participate in the &nbsp;&nbsp;secure removal of cash boxes (bill validator boxes) from gaming machines</p><p>· Transport drop boxes &nbsp;&nbsp;to the count room following strict security procedures</p><p>· Maintain chain of &nbsp;&nbsp;custody and ensure all movements are documented</p><p>· <strong>Count Room Operations</strong></p><p>· Count and verify &nbsp;&nbsp;currency from drop boxes using count equipment</p><p>· Sort, bundle, and &nbsp;&nbsp;record cash totals accurately</p><p>· Reconcile counted &nbsp;&nbsp;amounts against system reports and documentation</p><p>· Identify and report &nbsp;&nbsp;discrepancies immediately</p><p>· <strong>Compliance &amp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Security</strong></p><p>· Follow all internal &nbsp;&nbsp;controls, surveillance requirements, and gaming regulations</p><p>· Maintain strict &nbsp;&nbsp;adherence to segregation of duties and count room protocols</p><p>· Ensure count room &nbsp;&nbsp;access procedures are followed at all times</p><p>· Participate in dual &nbsp;&nbsp;verification processes and team counts</p><p>· <strong>Documentation &amp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Reporting</strong></p><p>· Complete required &nbsp;&nbsp;count sheets, logs, and reconciliation reports</p><p>· Ensure all &nbsp;&nbsp;documentation is accurate, complete, and properly submitted</p><p>· Assist with audits and &nbsp;&nbsp;reviews as needed</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p>",
