This position supports daily operations at our asphalt plant, assisting with production, maintenance, and overall plant efficiency.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with the production of asphalt by supporting plant operators and crew members</li>\n<li>Perform general plant maintenance, including cleaning, shoveling, and site upkeep</li>\n<li>Monitor materials and assist with loading and unloading of trucks</li>\n<li>Operate hand tools and small equipment such as shovels, brooms, blowers, and skid steers (if qualified)</li>\n<li>Help maintain a safe and organized work environment</li>\n<li>Follow all safety procedures and company policies<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly</li>\n<li>Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods</li>\n<li>Willingness to work in outdoor conditions, including heat, dust, and varying weather</li>\n<li>Strong work ethic and reliability</li>\n<li>Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience in asphalt plant operations, construction, or similar labor-intensive work preferred but not required</li>\n<li>Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Applicants are subject to a background check and drug test.</p>",
