    "description_html": "<p>The Quality Inspector works in conjunction with other QA personnel to support production and test manufactured goods. The Quality Inspector will use basic mechanical inspection tools and gauges to ensure a successful product line.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities not limited to:</strong></p><p><strong>1.</strong> <strong>Assurance of material criteria establishment</strong></p><ul><li>Inspects incoming raw materials and components for conformance verification of traceability to existing inspection plans, customer/VMC drawings, sales and purchase orders</li><li>Initiate and manage the MRB (Material Review Board) process</li></ul><p><strong>2.</strong> <strong>In Process Product Inspection</strong></p><ul><li>Inspects the integrity of the product to the order with respect to dimensions, correct components, color, etc.</li><li>Randomly samples the ‘in process product’ to ensure specifications and dimensional checks</li><li>Identifies manufactured products that do not meet quality specifications</li><li>Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste</li></ul><p><strong>3.</strong> <strong>Final Product Inspection</strong></p><ul><li>Ensures final product meets the specific customer order</li><li>Reviews the final sign off on the traveler or work order to release the product to shipping.</li><li>Collects quality data for accept and reject rates in all areas</li></ul>",
