    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Sales Lot Attendant-Porter</strong> helps ensure complete customer satisfaction by moving vehicles in and around the sales area/lot, maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles and the sales lot area, preparing cars for delivery to new car owners, and transporting customers to/from their home when needed.The ideal candidate has a high energy level, a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record. He or she must have great communication and customer service skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude. Candidates must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmissions and safely maneuver vehicles in tight and small spaces. Previous experience is preferred.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In addition to competitive pay, we offer our employees: <strong>Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K, Health & Wellness Program, community involvement and company paid vacation and holidays.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Drives vehicles to and from sales areas and lot as needed.</li>\n <li>Services vehicles with gas, oil, and water.</li>\n <li>Washes and cleans vehicles as needed.</li>\n <li>Helps maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.</li>\n <li>Helps maintain sales car lot cleanliness, including windows, doors, floors, etc.</li>\n <li>Dealer Trades.</li>\n <li>Transports customers to and from their home when needed and requested.</li>\n <li>Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.</li>\n <li>Follows all safety and security procedures.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>No experience necessary. We are willing to train.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li>\n <li>Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record.</li>\n <li>Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.</li>\n <li>Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.</li>\n <li>Highly professional and dependable.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.</li>\n <li>Able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Basic computer and internet skills.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in a similar role a plus.</li>\n <li>Must be customer service oriented.</li>\n <li>Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.</li>\n <li>Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.</li>\n <li>Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.</li>\n <li>Willing to multi-task.</li>\n <li>Bilingual a PLUS!!</li>\n</ul>",
