    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong></p>\n<p>In this role, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of resident units as well as the grounds and common areas of the community.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow all established safety procedures and precautions when performing maintenance service.</li>\n <li>Maintain general plant and community to ensure a safe, clean, and orderly environment.</li>\n <li>Report all incidents/accidents, hazardous conditions, and defective equipment to your supervisor immediately.</li>\n <li>Assure that work/assignment areas are clean and equipment, tools, supplies, etc., are properly stored before leaving such areas.</li>\n <li>Keep your work area(s) free of hazardous conditions, to assure that all established safety rules/regulations are followed at all times.</li>\n <li>Assure that established Infection Control and Universal Precautions practices are maintained when performing maintenance procedures.</li>\n <li>Coordinate routine/terminal isolation procedures with Nursing Services.</li>\n <li>Completion of work orders as assigned on a timely basis.</li>\n <li>Receive and follow maintenance schedule/instructions from your supervisor and as outlined in our established maintenance policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc., by cutting, trimming, sweeping, etc., as necessary/directed.</li>\n <li>Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc., as directed in accordance with established procedures.</li>\n <li>Replace burned out light bulbs, to include, exit lights, overhead lights, fluorescent lights, room call lights.</li>\n <li>Service heating and cooling units/systems, as specified by the manufacturer, and in compliance with established policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n <li>Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Position Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Education</strong>: High School Diploma/GED</p>\n<p><strong>Licenses/Certifications: </strong>N/A</p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong>: 1+ years of general maintenance experience</p>\n<p><strong>Skills</strong> <strong>& Abilities: </strong>Superb mechanical abilities</p>\n<p>#LivingJoyfully</p>\n<h2>Min</h2>USD $28.00/Hr.\n<h2>Max</h2>USD $30.00/Hr.",
