    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Senior Cybersecurity Network Defense Administrator (Information Assurance Engineer - Senior) is responsible for performing a variety of network defense activities in accordance with established guidelines and best practices for the U.S. Army Product Lead Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (PL ALTESS).</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>· The role includes managing ACAS infrastructure, configuration, scanning, reporting, and analysis activities in accordance with the DISA ACAS Best Practices Guide.</p>\n<p>· Manage Army Endpoint Security Solution (AESS) Site Reviewer activities, DISA Whitelist, and PKI Tokens.</p>\n<p>· Additionally, the role involves performing STIG Compliance scanning and reporting, providing Ports, Protocols, & Services Management (PPSM) support, and reviewing proposed configuration changes for security impact.</p>\n<p>· Handle in-processing and out-processing tasks, manage updates to the designated training and certification tracking system, and participate in SW Assurance reviews to ensure ACAS findings are remediated or appropriately documented via eMASS POA&M.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Cybersecurity Certification (such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)/Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP)/Security+/Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH/etc.)</p>\n<p>· 10 or more years’ experience with Cybersecurity and Incident Response or related areas</p>\n<p>· 10 or more years’ experience with Cybersecurity and Network Defense related areas</p>\n<p>· Experience with ACAS management, including infrastructure management, configuration, scanning, reporting, and analysis.</p>\n<p>· Proficiency in managing Army Endpoint Security Solution (AESS) Site Reviewer activities.</p>\n<p>· Experience with DISA Whitelist management.</p>\n<p>· Knowledge of PKI Token management.</p>\n<p>· Strong understanding of DoD STIGs and ability to perform STIG Compliance scanning and reporting.</p>\n<p>· Experience providing Ports, Protocols, & Services Management (PPSM) support.</p>\n<p>· Ability to review proposed configuration changes for security impact.</p>\n<p>· Experience with in-processing and out-processing tasks related to account management functions.</p>\n<p>· Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent years of experience.</p>\n<p>· Familiarity with DISA ACAS Best Practices Guide and NETCOM policies.</p>\n<p>· Familiarity with DISA Continuous Monitoring and Risk Scoring (CMRS).</p>\n<p>· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p>\n<p>· Excellent communication and coordination skills.</p>\n<p>· Experience with Army enterprise monitoring tools and practices.</p>\n<p>· Knowledge of security regulations and best industry practices.</p>\n<p>· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various Stakeholders</p>\n<p>· Experience with incident response activities.</p>\n<p>· Understanding of Continuity of Operations Plans and Communication Plans.</p>\n<p>· Experience with security compliance and control documentation.</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Integral partners with federal defense, intelligence, and civilian leaders to tackle their most important challenges and deliver positive outcomes.
