The position assumes that the incumbent has both the mental and physical requirements to carry out the above defined duties.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><strong>Minimum Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>&nbsp;Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>&nbsp;Strong Leadership skills</li><li>&nbsp;Ability to lead and motivate employees to actively support the objectives of the laboratory</li><li>&nbsp;Organized with time management skills</li><li>&nbsp;Experience in handling chemical and petroleum products</li><li>&nbsp;Protocol, procedure and safety oriented</li><li>&nbsp;Understand the significance of the data generated by test methods</li><li><strong>&nbsp;3-5 year minimum, specifically in GC lab experience, is required</strong></li><li><strong>Valid Driver's License with reliable driving record is required</strong></li><li><strong>Minimum one year of managerial experience within a petroleum laboratory&nbsp;</strong></li><li><strong>Minimum Five (5) years of hands-on working experience in a petroleum laboratory&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><strong>Preferred Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>A college degree in chemistry from an accredited college or university is a plus!</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><strong>Intertek: Total Quality.
