You’ll be responsible for the maintenance and appearance of our client's facilities and responsible for reporting any maintenance or repairs.</p><p><strong>Shift:</strong></p><p>Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM</p><p><strong>Pay:</strong></p><p>$21.00 - $25.00 per hour</p><p><br></p><p>A Landscape Crew Lead Supervises, trains, and works with Landscaping Technicians on commercial accounts.&nbsp;</p><p>The Landscape Crew Lead oversees lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming, landscape maintenance, pruning, trimming, fertilization, weed control, planting of trees and shrubs, flower installation, leaf clean-ups, and similar tasks.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Mowing, weeding, pruning, edging, blowing, raking, sodding, seeding and fertilizing client properties</li><li>Operating power equipment such as mowers, riding mowers, electric shears, edgers, chainsaws, blowers and other landscaping equipment.</li><li>Perform maintenance on equipment to include changing mower blades, edger blades, string on trimmer, changing oil, oil filter, air filter and belts.</li><li>String trimming all turf areas not accessible to a walk behind mower</li><li>Edge all curb, sidewalk, and driveway areas</li><li>Blowing off all clippings and landscape debris from concrete areas</li><li>Picking up trash throughout properties</li><li>Recommend improvements to existing operations to improve quality and efficiency of operations.</li><li>Maintains and promotes safe working conditions in the field</li><li>Respond properly to the client and follow up to make sure their needs have been completed to their satisfaction.</li><li>Perform other duties as directed by the Supervisor or Manager.</li><li>Ensures crew meets projected man hour and materials budgets on assigned work tickets.</li><li>Prepares and secures all materials, tools and equipment daily.</li><li>Tops off with fuel, turns in paperwork to office, cleans service vehicle and prepares for next day’s activity.</li><li>Assign tasks to crew members and follow up to make sure directed work was completed.</li><li>Ensure all crew members report to work on time and follow all company rules and procedures.</li><li>Take appropriate disciplinary actions as necessary and involves Landscape Manager when necessary.</li><li>Train and develop members on company safety policies</li><li>Trains crew members to do landscape job effectively and efficiently.</li><li>Able to cross train crew members in the performance of Crew Leader’s role for future growth.</li></ul><p><strong>Why MSNW?</strong></p><ul><li>Opportunity to make a real impact with a company that values your hard work</li><li>Professional development and a supportive work environment</li></ul>",
